Hester is an experienced APAC digital marketing strategist with nine years of experience working in the UK and China. Her expertise spans strategic consultancy, market insight, Chinese digital platforms and influencer marketing. 

 

At 11K, Hester leads digital marketing strategy for luxury property, hospitality and lifestyle clients. She oversees social and paid campaigns, guides content and influencer partnerships from planning through to delivery. Drawing on campaign data, she helps clients refine their approach, grow engaged communities and generate sales enquiries.

 

Before joining 11K, Hester held strategy planning roles at marketing agencies, developing online and offline campaigns for more than 100 brands across North America, Europe and APAC. She also led a news team at one of China’s Top three internet companies, bringing strong media relations and market sensitivity to her work.
