The Brief

To raise the profile of HBA Residential, as a globally recognised high-end interior design firm that caters the needs of Chinese Ultra HNWIs, wherever their ambitions may take them, - be it within China, the UK or elsewhere globally.

The Challenge

Chinese Ultra HNWI target audiences are extremely discreet, hard to reach and difficult to gain their trust. Standing out in the crowded luxury interior design market is challenging in the intense competition.

The Strategy

Since 2017 (to present), we have supported HBA Residential to achieve certain communications goals with strategic thought leadership building of the former Global Principal and the current leadership team. We use a human connection and a personal inspirational approach (as opposed to a corporate story) to build trust with these Chinese U/HNWI audiences. Other strategic tactics include:
