Adrian has over 20 years' experience of running marketing agencies like 11K. He helps the 11K management team to make executive decisions that keep the business healthy and pointing in the right direction. He also runs training courses and workshops for the rest of the team, helping them improve their soft skills, like client management, time management and delegation.

 

Adrian originally worked client-side, selling software solutions for major IT companies like Oracle and GE, before setting up his own agency, Mezzo Labs Ltd, in 2006. Over the next 16 years, he successfully grew the business to become one of the world’s top independent digital analytics agencies, opening offices in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. He sold the company to The Mission Group plc, a UK-listed marketing agency group, in 2023.

 

He continues to run his second business, Uplifter, an analytics SaaS company, and is the process of founding a third, Foodmetric, a foodtech company.
